A Talk by Katherine Bradshaw (Gowpen)

About this Talk

For me, listening is the deepest expression of kindness.

Listening to poetry is an opportunity to slow down, pay attention and discover new worlds both inside and outside ourselves.

In this session we'll explore how poetry can build community, empathy and compassion. We'll explore how the Unfolding Poetry framework can not only nourish our own wellbeing, but also connect us with each other.

And we'll unfold our minds to a poem.
