Toni Horn

Toni Horn is a renowned global keynote speaker and neurodiversity expert. Toni has delivered impactful keynotes and training sessions on neurodiversity to large organisations. As the Founder of Think Differently With Us and NeuroEmpower CIC, she advocates for inclusive workplaces and education. Toni was previously the co-chair of Barclays Neurodiversity ESG leading on Support and has extensive expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals.

Diagnosed with dyslexia at 17 and later with autism and ADHD in her 40s, Toni brings both her personal and professional journey to her work. She is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, delivering CPD training for leaders, HR professionals, and coaches. Additionally, Toni is a parent to a neurodivergent child and the author of inclusive children's books. Her work highlights neurodiversity in the workplace, well-being, late diagnoses in adults, and supporting parents and carers of neurodivergent children.
