About this speaker
My mission is to drive change and modernisation in technology groups by engaging with individuals and unlocking their potential. I use my coaching skills to transform teams into excellence and individuals into continuous learners and growth seekers. I am also a Mental Health First Aider, and I advocate for HumanOps, a culture that values the well-being and happiness of people in technology.
Outside of work I like to explore locally on microadventures involving my husband, kids and the dog.
