With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of talent strategy, organizational culture, and inclusive leadership, Jessica has built a reputation for translating values into action—helping organizations not only talk about empathy and equity but embed them into daily practice.

Jessica has co-led national initiatives for employee resource group supporting professionals and caregivers of individuals with disabilities. She has also driven large-scale learning and certification programs, supporting thousands of professionals in achieving credentials that advance their careers. Her lived experience with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, coupled with her service as a Shriners Hospitals for Children alum, grounds her work in authenticity and resilience.
